hi there this is my diary for today:

breakfast- x2 poached eggs,tinned tomatoes and 1\2 tin of beans.

Snack-shape zero yoghurt
and fruit.

lunch-tomato and basil mugshot and salad leaves

dinner- x3 quorn sausages in mushrooms and tinned tomatoes with vegetables.

sw rice pudding for dessert.

wine-6 syns
two squares of 85% dark chocolate=5.5 syns (110 kcals)
HEA- was milk
Heb-Alpen light.
