I know, it's mad. If you'd told me a week ago I'd be here now saying I'm on day 7 I'd have laughed at you.

To be honest I don't! But I'd already lost 3.5st & gained 1st back before Xmas so I'm wearing clothes I had when I was a little slimmer. Hopefully I'll notice more of a difference next week. x
