Been very busy with work and kids etc.. so not had chance to post my last 3 WI's. I havent been as strict as I shud have been due to busy schedule and delayed avidlite products, (a week late in delivery!!!!!), also several pub lunches and white wine spritzers due to the Mediterranean weather we've had !!! Anyhow my last 3 WI's went like this -
1. STS
2. lost 2 lbs
3. + 2lbs
thus I'm still the same in the long run with no gain, which is a very very big plus as i've been really naughty this last week.
