My last chance to be flirty n thirty

hi everyone... i started this last tuesday so all a bit new to me. in past i have done ww and for last few weeks been doing jason vale juice diet. juice diet great cause loose weight but put it all back on again as after restictions i pig out. i'm a mammy 2 two boys - one 3.5 and other 9 months. i'm determined to finally shift this weight i have put on since getting married 7 years ago.
jumped on scales this morning and think i have lost one pound this week so need to stick to plan better next week. any advice more than welcome. will try and post my blog on this.

ok feeling quite misrable after only loosing pound so far on my scales so went up to treadmill n ran for 17 minutes - very chuffed with myself now - i know i can do this.

breakfast - 1.5 weetabix and 180 mls semi skimmed milk

exercise walked 6 minutes , jogged 17 - skipped - 40 reps

lunch - lettuce, tom, scallion, sweetcorn tuna - 1 tablespoon sweet chilli - syns ?

Hi hun, welcome to SW, you'll be fine, stick with it and you'll see that it works. Make sure you're eating enough though and having your syns etc. Good luck, any questions, just ask x

thanks for your reply - 1st weigh in this evening. have not been perfect but overall pretty good so expecting some kind of loss. your losses great.

today i'm eating

porriage, sweetner & milk
prawns , lettuce, tomato, scallion, sweetcorn
not sure for dinner yet

sometime this morning hoping to get on treadmill today again - aiming to run 20 minutes today - not easy finding time with 2 young childrens but i'm determined. i'm running 5 k in race for life in less than 2 weeks....

just back from my first weigh in an lost 3 pounds - so happy. hope i have finally found something that i can do long term and lose weight.

as reward to my self having lovely syn free 3 course dinner all cooked by oh.

scallops n bacon n onions
chicken n prawn curry with rice
roulade from the deserts section on here.

just off the treadmill before dinner - managed to run 18 minutes tonite but was really hard work. aiming for 19 2mora.

took yesterday off treadmill as legs tender and stuck to plan all day
b/f magic porriage with cherry m/l
lunch - roast chicken salad
pork meatloaf beans n roaster potatoes

made 1 syn cupcake - which are 12 syns for whole receipe - i ate 9 ...

stupidly i weighed myself this morning and have put on pound.

then went on treadmill this morning and only managed to run for 5 minutes

so disheartened but hoping for better day today and rest of week. gonna hide scales when oh home and hopefully perk up again. i could cry today :cry::cry: hate thought of being this fat forever
