Well I have discovered "Ebly", mother-in-law brought me some from England and its fab, probably way behind the times but hey.
60g (uncooked) boil with a stock cube some chicken/quorn pieces and vegies and you've got yourself a risotto type dish for around 3.5g fat and 250 cals...yum.
