i joined a running club last night. why oh why did i do it.
i only ran ten steps and i knew, big mistake. i ran with a bloke who looked after the stragglers (only me :cry:) and we ran and walked the 3 miles.
BUT
when i reached back to the sports centre i felt on top of the world. Right thigh hurting today though.

Yes it is a weekly thing on a tuesday and they also advise maybe doing 25 mins at the weekend. but i will probably do that either thursday or friday.
