Hello, I am a newbie.
I am amazed by some of the losses I have seen on here this evening.
I started back in Sept 2012 following SW from home (got a free pack and doing myself as don't have the time or money for classes annoyingly.)
Only 22lb down so far but that teamed with doing a pilates DVD at least 3 times a week has had an effect recently.
