My mad fat diary!

Wow well done! Back to it tomorrow just booked a week in lanzarote woop aiming to be a stone and half lighter by then! So bike ride tomorrow and back the gym on wed xxx

That's something to aim for then, always helps if there is an incentive to work to, good luck xx
 
Bless ya I no you can do it :). I went to the gym today really enjoyed it back Wednesday :). And thank you Hun need to lose what I can by July got the meet my dads family for the first time lol xxx

So I've had 40g of Rice Krispies 4pp

400ml of semi skim milk to do for the day 5pp and a banana :) will update as I go x
 
So we've decided on nando's only been once before and wasn't that keen as they gave me spicey chicken instead of plane I nearly cried with the spices! So butterfly chicken 8pp and fries 9 pp xx

I went to nandos yesterday and got 1/4 chicken (breast piece) 3 pp and regular spicy rice 7 pp and a side salad.... only 10 propoints and i was so full!!!
