Hi everyone

I'm back to trusty old ww today, I'm really close to target only 7lbs to go (61/2lbs of that put on since 30th sept) I was just 1/2lb away from my target and the last 2 weeks I've just become very complacent with my eating starting everyday with good intentions but finishing it in a pile of chocolate wrappers lol!
So I'm grabbing the bull by the horns and going back to the only diet I've ever been able to stick to, lots of support needed for the final push!

I weigh in on Fridays, I've been bad all weekend so I'm hoping I can atleast get a sts this Friday if I get my act together now.


So food for today, (mon 15th oct)

B- 2 weetabix 3pp, splash of milk 1pp
L- 2 slices wholemeal toast 5pp 100g baked beans 3pp
Sn- apple, wotsits 3pp
D- spaghetti bol 12pp
Sn- Mullerlight 2pp (cherry)

Yay! I was 100% yesterday so pleased to be back in control!!

Food for today (tues 16th)

B- banana, special k bar 2pp mullerlight Greek 2pp

Lunch- left over spag Bol 8pp

D- jacket with beans and salad 8pp

Sn- 3pp, mullerlight 2pp

4pp spare not sure what to use these on

So another day on tack yesterday used my final 4 points on 40g of haribi (which is literally 6 sweets - disappointed)


Plan 4 today wed 17th

B- 2 weetabix 3pp milk 2pp banana
Sn- apple
Lunch 1 - cinnamon and raisin bagel 6pp light spread 1 pp - 2 satsumas
Lunch 2- 30g special k red berries 3pp
Dinner -chicken breast, roast potoes, carrots and yorkie 12pp
Mullerlight Greek 2pp

2 lunches is nothing sometimes I have 2 dinners ;)
 
Day 4 (thur 18th)

So I feel thinner already?reckon it's all in my head tho but I feel goooooodddd!

Today's plan food wise

B- 2 weetabix 3pp, 140ml skimmed milk 1pp banana
L- beans 3pp on 2 wholemeal toast 5pp little light spread 1pp
D- turkey stir fry with brown rice 10pp
Pud- Mullerlight Greek 2pp

4 points left will save for a little treat somewhere,

Off to meet the girls for coffee and then my first body attack class tonight, hoping for another good day!!! X
 
Ok so I used yesterday's spare points on a skinny cinnamon latte which took me to 29/29

So it should be weigh in day today but I'm waiting in for my new bed to be delivered so if it doesn't turn up in the next hour then weigh in will be Tomo! I only use the scales at the gym but I like to do I at the same time each weigh in!

Food for today is

B- 2 weetabix 3pp 140ml skim milk 1- banana
L- 2 wholemeal toast 5pp 105g beans 3pp spread 1pp
D- chicken breast 5pp. Topped with light Philly 1pp and a light dusting of golden breadcrumbs 1pp homemade chips 4pp and salad!
Pud - mullerlight Greek 2pp

Spare 2 pp

3lb off woop! Well pleased as only followed plan Monday to Friday!!!

Not got a clue about food today as off to a family thing so no plan :s

Breakfast was 2 wholemeal toast 5pp with marmite

Got my weeklies tho so sure today won't be to bad xxx

Hi everyone been a little bit AWOL and lost the plot just recently,

Today is a fresh day and a fresh week! I have exactly 4 weeks and 4 days till I go to NYC and I so badly wana be as close to target as possible even better to be bang on! Just need to get my head in the game!

So today I weighed in at 9st 11 that's a 2lb gain from somewhere or hopefully just water retention!!

Here's the plan for today

B- ready brek made with skimmed milk (4pp) yum
L- beans on toast (9pp)
D- carbonara ready meal (10pp)
Snacks- mini ryvita (3pp) cereal bar (2pp) milk for a couple of brews (1pp)
Fruit- 2 satsumas and a apple

Wish me luck :) x

Another good day for me yesterday! Hopefully that's me back on the wagon! Soo tired today up with oh most of last night as he has really bad tooth ache hoping tirednesss doesn't sent me to the junk food cupboard!!!!

D- homemade extra lean spag Bol 9pp
