Meeting the girls for coffee - skinny toffee nut latte 4pp
Lunch- sausages sarnie 10pp
D- salmon fillet 6pp topped with Philli 1pp and breadcrumbs 2pp with sweet potato wedges 3pp
Snacks- satsumas, apple, litltle diary milk and hot chocolate

So using 29 dailies and 5 weeklies I'm on a day off today so I'm more likely to pick, will try and go to the gym this afternoon

Weigh in day.............lost 6lbs :) only 2lbs to go!

Had a really fab weekend not guna post food stuck to plan and only used about 35 of my weeklies.


So a fresh week! Gunna try and save weeklies till the weekend as its my anniversary and we are off out for a meal Friday!!

No I should be on 26pp a day but I'm not guna cut till I stop losing on 29 a day as its working for me at the moment and not sure how id cope on 26 it's teeny! X
 
Yesterday was ok I was on homstandby and didn't get called was a little bored and convinved myself I needed a mince pie so that's 6 weeklies gone and it was tiny lol!!!

Havnt posted for a while been really bust with work, lost 1.5lb last week .5lb to go to target but guna try and loose a couple extra just for Xmas xxxx
