I bought some chicken breast chunks in Waitrose the other day as they were on special offer. I halved the larger chunks, so everything was the same size, and they cooked beautifully in the Actifry with just a little Frylight on them.
Today I am having a green day and I had a huge plate of chips! I do think that the secret with the chips is to rinse the potatoes after you have cut them up, and dry them thoroughly. A little extra trouble for a much crisper result.
