Had WI this morning and i was really happy as i lost 2lb and was expecting it to be a small loss as had a big loss last week ..... and this morning my scales said i'd only lost 1 lb ..... so was realllllllly pleased :) (thats why i'm doing a roast dinner for tea tonight ! )

... haven't even got my dessert out the freezer yet ... i'm so full still i'm not ready for it ! (and i had tea 2 hours ago ! lol)

i want to spend a day going through others diary's for ideas, i just have so much to do around the house at the moment i haven't got a lot of time to cook the meals at the moment let along look for new ideas. .... and it won't be long before i'm having to start making my chocolate for xmas (that will be my next thing, having to make them but not eat them all)
i had to make a cake yesterday (and ice it today) for my dad and i was really good and only had a little taste of the cake mix and the butter icing :D

i've been really enjoying my salads for lunch .... having a chicken one again today .... i think i eat a lot of chicken, lol :)

i'm good thanks. finally getting over my cold so getting my appetite back now ! .... trying to fill it with fruit and veg though rather then naughty food !

how are you? how are you getting on? ..... i will get around to reading others diary's and following them i just never seem to have the time at the moment. .... :( ...... and probably wont have a lot of time next week either as my daughter will be off school for 1/2 term ! i can't believe she has been at school for 7 weeks already ! she has her 1st school disco tonight ! ..... that's the main reason why i'm having a salad for lunch as its 5:30-7pm so will probably grab a burger there as its too early to eat before going .... although if no other mums are eating i will have something when i get home .... but if others are eating it means i can have a burger :D hehe
 
I have to admit I like my salad to but I can't have it all the time as I get easily bored lol.

There is nothing wrong with eating alot of chicken its probably the best meat to eat. I have thought myself about getting some chicken and mixing it with pasta.

I'm glad that you are getting over your cold and your appetite is coming back. I can't ever imagine loosing my appetite lol.

I'm good thanks I'm getting on ok I started beginning of September and have lost 9lb in total I sts today but I'm really not bothered by it because I know I can loose again next week and if not I will have to start my exercising.

How old is your daughter? I hope she enjoys her disco I use to love school discos.

I try to read most peoples diary and given encouragment and support but like you its finding the time to do it thats the hard bit thats why Im always messaging late.

yep its a good meat that's why i eat so much of it, and its really filling ! ... ohh chicken pasta sounds good ! :) ... maybe with a bit of WW sauce in it :)

i'm glad i'm getting over my cold too. it was driving me crazy ! i couldn't get out and do anything or anything around the house that needed doing .... hehe the no appetite is good when on a diet but i had quite low loss this week and i think its because i wasn't eating enough for a few weeks .... so making up for it this weekend :D

ohh your doing great, well done :) .... sts is still good (its not a gain so no harm done) and yep there is always next week for a loss ! .... did you have a non diet day this week? it sounds like you expected not to lose! ? :)

she's 4 1/2 now. she started school in september so this was her 1st school disco! :D she absolutely loved it ! :)

hehe i'm usually on here late myself as i wait till my daughter is in bed ! (although sometimes i get on here during the day, but its only briefly)

its a home-made one

i use a medium flan case (its 2pp for 1/4 of the flan case) .... but you can also buy mini individual ones for 2pp each

then i drain the juice off a tin of mandarins and arrange them in the case

then i make up a sachet of hartley's sugar free orange jelly and let it cool down. then i put it in the fridge and stir it every 15 min till its starting to set then spoon some of it over the mandarin segments and put in the fridge to finish setting !

..... so its all free just have to pp the flan case (and cream you serve it with ;) )
