My new life

Hi thought I would start a food diary as I'm new toddling world and don't go to class,
Yesterday I had
weetabix fruit and fibre and semi skimmed milk
Chicken salad with one whole meal pitta with a few pieces of feta cheese ,
2x eggs scrambled with a dairylea light triangle, and one whole meal bread,

Today I've had
Mushroom and chicken omlette for breakfast
Tuna and quark salad, and a banana
And for tea I'm making half syn chicken satay with a small amount of cous cous and peas,
 
As I was on nights last night I made a lovely soup with chicken carrots and tomatoes and a few other things to help me through the night, I also snacked on a Special K bar not sure how many points they are? X
Today I had grilled bacon and dairylea on toast for breakfast
Soup from last night for dinner with a banana
For tea I'm having sirloin steak with lots of herbs and spices, butternut squash chips and roasted tomatoes, probably take some more of that soup again tonight or have butternut squash soup, not sure yet x
