My new year so far

Onto the third day, and so far I have eaten really healthily even though there is a mountain of food in the house and the kids and hubby seem to be eating constantly. It is so hard and I'm fighting so hard not to think about snacking, so I am on here constantly playing arcade games! I am refusing to look at the scales until the end of the month as when I have done that before I have always been realy disappointed and given up. I'm not following any diet plan, I am just going to eat as healthily as I can and every morning I have gotten up and taken the dog for a jog (well, a fast walk lol)

I just felt like telling someone, so I told you! (no one in my family seems to give a hoot)

Getting to day three is a wonderful achievement!!!

Regardless of diet you are on drinking plenty of water and taking some exercise is key!

Thanks so much Irene :D it will probably sound crazy but joining this site really makes me feel positive about everything. And I am going to get one of those tickers once I work out how to do it and pluck up the courage to put the numbers down haha

I am drinking bottles and bottles of water, food today was a fruit salad for breakfast, some soup and a roll with no marg for lunch, and a tuna salad for dinner, and thats it now until bedtime just water.

hey goldeneyes... its good that you've come on here for support, even if your family doesn't seem to have a hoot (i love that sayin, ive never heard it before... but its gr8!)

Anyway, congrats on reaching 3 days, keep it up and you'll start to see results...

thanks Claire, I can get a ticker now :) the trying to concieve part gave me a heartattack!:eek::eek: lol

today was quite hard, I went to visit a friend and we normally have a coffee and something naughty to eat and today for the first time in a month of sundays i just had the coffee, and I felt great.

still fighting the urge to jump on the scales, I will not until Jan 31st, no matter what!
