My plan :) help plz?x

hey :) i posted here a while a go. i weigh 11.11 stone still & im desperate to lose weight as im only 5'4! this is my plan for this week coming up. if theres any faults in it or you have any suggestions plz comment :) ill also be drinking 4 litres water a day plus 1 can diet coke because im addicted!.. but working on it lol, walking lots, biking lots & rowing. thanks xx
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs & 1 slice toast
Lunch - tuna & salad; lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & onion
Dinner - sweet & sour beef with stir fry

Breakfast - 1 wheetabix with milk, 1 banana & raisins
Lunch - 2 cheese & onion toasties with beans
Dinner - salmon with potatoe, broccoli & carrots

Breakfast - 1 slice of toast with nutella & 1 orange
Lunch - 1 can of soup & packet of crisps
Dinner - fish fingers with garlic bread & salad; lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & onion

Breakfast - shreddies with milk & raisins
Lunch - sardines with lettuce, onion & potatoe
Dinner - weight watchers lasagne with broccoli peas & sweetcorn

Breakfast - 1 muller light & 1 banana with raisins & seeds/nuts
Lunch - chicken nuggets with lettuce, onions & tomatoe ketchup
Dinner - prawn curry with garlic bread & salad; lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & onion

Breakfast - 1 fried egg, 3 rashers bacon, tomatoes, onion & mushrooms
Lunch - 1 cheese & onion toastie & packet of crisps
Dinner - cod with broccoli & sweetcorn

Breakfast - shreddies with milk & raisins
Lunch - 1 mcdonalds cheese burger & chips (treat!)
Dinner - chicken, potatoe, peas, carrots & gravy

forgot to mention, all the milk i drink is skimmed & the beans i eat are weight watchers. i also only eat wholegrain/wholemeal bread; no white. ive been eating similarly to this plan for a few months & stayed the same. help!

Sorry can't help you as [email protected] not sure what the aim of your food is. Are you just eating low fat?
