Today is weigh in so I have a good Breafast and Dinner but have a treat for tea not sure what to have yet :)

Thursday 7th June 2012
Extra Easy


Breakfast: 2x Weetabix (Heb) skimmed milk (Hea) bannana

Snack:
Apple

Lunch: Melon and Mug shot

Tea:
Treat :)

Snacks:
Apple orange

Syns: My tea prob have beans on toast (I love bread)
 
I stayed the same last night so very happy with that :) im trying to give up coffee because I am drinking too much of it at work so gonna swap it for water with lemon juice in (heard it is great for weight loss :D)
Im really hungry today for no reason so gonna stock up on some fruit :)

Breakfast:-
2x Weetabix (Heb) skimmed milk (Hea) Muller light youghurt

Snack:- Apple 2x Alpen Light Bars (Heb)

Lunch:- Bake potato, beans and salad ( lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, onion, cabbage and carrot)

Tea:- Quorn mince spag bol (mushrooms, peppers, onion, tomato, peas and leeks) and pasta

Snacks:- Fruit salad (melon, mango and apple)

Syns:- None
 
Im drinking the lemon juice in water too for the past few days so hopefully it will work...
 
You will have to let me know how you get on Sleepymum, im on day 2 and trying to have 3 lemons a day can't wait to weigh in on Thurs to see if its had an affect :), even if it doesnt help my weight loss it has amazing health benefits for your liver which I need due to losing my gall bladder last year.

I had never used Quorn mince until last night and I was quite suprised at how nice it was in the spag bol I made last night :)

Dinner:- Fruit salad (apple, melon, kewi, strawberry, pinapple)

Tea:- Left over spag bol (Quorn, mushrooms, tomatos, peppers, celery and onion) pasta and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, celery and onion)

Snacks:- 2x Aplen Light bars (Heb)

Syns:- None
 
I must up mine so. I was only having half a lemon a day. Weigh in on Monday so will start again.

I got my gallbladder out about 5 years and thankfully have had no problems...
 
Good luck for weigh in Sleepymum :) I didn't know how many lemons to have so I thought I would start with 3 lol I might reduce it later in the week :) Iv had no problems since thank god I don't want pain like that again.

Its the baked beans that puts me off the curry lol......
 
I love baked beans lol you can't really taste them I think they are used for the texture and some people use tinned potatos instead :)
Been away all weekend so havn't had chance to post my diary but managed to stick to plan all weekend I did green and extra easy :D

Looking good.. Going to give the curry a try at weekend. Did you blend it afterwards. I was thinking of doing that and then adding chicken or prawns??
 
Yeah you blend the sauce then add the veg and meat, I had mine with rice and it was lovely :) Let me know how you get on.
