My Refeed Diary Week 1

    Day 1

    Breakfast
    Lipotrim Chocolate Milkshake
    Lunch
    Lipotrim Chocolate Milkshake
    Dinner
    5oz Chicken Breast
    Small bowl of salad (lettuce, red peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, button mushrooms, spring onion, squirt of lemon)

    Day 2

    Breakfast
    Lipotrim Chocolate Milkshake
    Lunch
    Fillet of fish- Cod
    Spinach, Cabbage, Onion, Ground Pepper, Squirt of lemon.
    Dinner
    5oz Chicken Breast
    Small bowl of salad (lettuce, red peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, button mushrooms, spring onion, squirt of lemon)

    Day 3

    Breakfast
    Lipotrim Chocolate Milkshake
    Lunch
    Fillet of fish- Cod
    Small bowl of salad (lettuce, red peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, button mushrooms, spring onion, squirt of lemon)
    Dinner
    5oz Chicken Breast
    6oz Jacket Potato
    Cabbage, Leek, Onion, Spinach, Courgette, Asparagus
    50g Low fat fromage frais with ground pepper, Fresh greek basil

    Tea with Semi Skimmed Milk

    Day 4

    Breakfast

    Lunch
    Pitta Bread
    2x Tesco Lighter Living Wafer Thin Ham
    50g Fromage Frais
    Small bowl of salad (Lettace, tomatoes, pepper, spring onion, celery)
    Snack
    Pink Lady Apple
    100g Red Grapes
    Dinner
    4oz Wholegrain Spaghetti
    Quorn Mince
    125g Passata
    Onion
    Spinach
    Dessert
    125g Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
    7 Raspberries, 5 Strawberry's

    Day 5

    Breakfast

    Lunch
    6inch Sub- Wheat
    2x Slices of Ham
    Lettace, Tomatoes, Olives, Pepper
    Snack
    Pink Lady Apple
    8 Raspberries
    Dinner
    Quorn
    125g Passata
    5 New Potatoes
    Onion, Spinach, Leek, Mangtout, Asparagus
    Dessert
    100g Low Fat Yoghurt
    4 Raspberries
    4 Strawberry's

    Day 6

    Breakfast
    Lipotrim Chocolate Milkshake
    Snack
    Pink Lady Apple
    Lunch
    2x Nimble bread
    2x Tesco Lighter Life Wafer Thin Ham
    50g Low Fat Fromage Frais
    Small bowl of salad (lettuce, red peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, button mushrooms, spring onion, squirt of lemon)
    Dinner
    5oz Chicken Breast with Garlic Pepper
    Serving spoon of mash potato mixed with fried onion (fried in water)
    Small portion of Asparagus, Mangtout, Leek, Spinach
    Dessert
    100g Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
    5 Raspberries
    5 Strawberry's

    Day 7

    Breakfast

    Lunch
    Pitta Bread
    2x Tesco Lighter Living Wafer Thin Ham

    1 serving spoon peas

    1 Kiwi

    I dont do anything with them for the salad... with the mash i just cooked them with the onions.
