My Restart food diary

Breakfast
1 slice of Warburtons Wholemeal bread (800g loaf/HEB) with 2 poached eggs,1/2 tin of Tomatoes,Mushrooms, onions and peppers.

Mid Morning Snack
Grapes, Raspberrys and Blackberrys with homemade Muffin (3syns)

Dinner
Leak and Potatoe Soup

Tea
Cheese and Onion Potatoe cakes (made 5) 3 of these serves with mixed vegetables and 1/2 packet of Ainsley Harriets Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous (1/2syn) with onion, tomatoes and pepper mixed in.

Evening Snack
Blackberrys and grapes, last 2 Cheese and onions cakes and 1 slice of Warburtons Wholemeal bread(800g loaf HEB) 1tsp Spead(1/2 syn) and 1 tsp Jam (1/2syn)

Options Belgium Hot Choc (2 syns)

HEA X 2 - Milk and Cheese
HEB X 2 - 2 Slices of bread

Syns - 3 +2 +1/2 +1/2+1/2 = 6 1/2 Syns

Whoops yesterdays date was wrong.
Sunday 9th January

28g Shredded Wheat

Dinner

1/2 Packet of Ainsley Harriet Roasted Vegetable Cous Cous
(1/2 Syn) mixed with onion,peppers and tomatoes on top of mixed veg with cheese (HEA)

Snack
Grapes and Blackberry

Tea
Sausage and Bean Pie
2 Sausages
(9 syns), onion, mushroom, peppers topped with mash potatoes, tomatoes and cheese (1/2 HEB) served with mixed veg.

Snack
Grapes, apples and blackberries with homemade Muffin
(3 syns)

HEA X 2 - Milk and Cheese
HEB X 2 - 1/2 - Cheese and breakfast

Syns - 9 + 1/2 + 3 = 12 1/2 syns

Ok so I actually re joined group last night

Ok new job, new start,
I re started group last night, so my first days food diary. We were asked to give Extra Easy a try for the first 4 weeks.

Day - Extra Easy - 03/03/11

Breakfast - Pita bread stuffed with scrambled egg, onions, mushrooms,peppers served with baked beans

Lunch - Jacket Potato with baked beans and cheese

Dinner - Salad - Potato, green beans, lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, tomato, picked onions, boiled egg and tuna :D

HexA - 42g Cheese
HexB - Asda Wholemeal Pita Bread

Syns - Milk - 1 1/2
Weetabix Oaty Bars - 3 1/2
Options Belgium Hot Choccy - 2

Total Syns - 7

Extra Easy - 04/03/11

Breakfast - 28g Cereal with skimmed milk

Lunch - Leek and Potato soup with Worcester sauce

Snack - Apple, Vanilla muller light with Strawberries and a couple of carrots

Dinner - Chicken Stir Fry served with Egg Noodles

HexA - 250ml Milk
HexB - 28g Cereal

Syns - Weetabix Oaty Bar - 3.5
Walkers French Fries - 4.5
2 x Coffee buiscuits - 2
Options Hot Choccy - 2

Total Syns - 12

Lunch - Leek and Potato soup with Worcester sauce

Dinner - Homemade chinese, Chicken in Black Pepper sauce, egg fried rice and chips and small bag of prawn crackers

HexA - 28g Chedder
HexB - 1 slice Wholemeal bread

Syns - Orange Juice - 2.5
Milk - 0.5
Gravy - 2.5
Prawn Crackers - 6.5

Total Syns - 12

hi vicky welcome to s/w if ur doing extra easy try and have a 1/3rd superfree with each meal it really does makes a difference good luck :)

Thank you, im trying to get my head around the extra easy thing. Im used to green and red days so being able to eat what you can on extra easy im worried im eating wrong
