Ok so today was my first day on SB and I have to say I have not enjoyed it too much. I have had a really bad upset tummy I am not sure if its because of doing SB or whether I had a little tummy bug.
So my mealplan today was as follows, please put me right on any errors you may see as my book has not arrived yet.
Breakfast :
Coffee
2 egg omelet with spinach and spring onions
Snack :
15 walnut halves
Lunch :
2 large portobello mushrooms filled with low fat cottage cheese and cooked in oven
Snack :
Radishes
Dinner :
Homemade falafel with salad leaves, cucumber, tomato and onion
I found a recipe for flaxseed bread. It looks lovely will post the recipe
