I'm just starting SW and finding my way around the whole thing, so if I've made any mistakes could someone please point them out for me? Thanks!! :)

Also, is it absolutely essential to have the 3 meals a day (say if I have a busy day)?

Stood on the scales this morning and wanted to cry - though I've eaten takeaways and not gained so hopefully those few lbs were just water. I'm not going to get too upset about it. Must get himself to hide my scales during the week to stop me weighing constantly!

The superfree's my favorite part so there's no problem there! My breakfast today was strictly superfree since i wasn't that hungry!

Yeah i usually wouldn't be able for 3 full meals a day either. My breakfast will probably consider of mostly fruit and water since I'm never hungry then!

Okay, so after my initial 3lbs in 3days gain, i seem to be getting slight losses. Maybe the Capsiplex helps with the water retention, cause that's definitely what it is. Either that or I'm actually 9 months pregnant 'because i look so pregnant! Hopefully it'll be gone by Paddys day!

Today i made puttanesca, which is an italian dish i always wanted to try. It was a bit strange but i liked it. Its very like ratatouille and took about 15 minutes to make which is pretty darn good, and its EASY. I hadn't even gotten through half and i was full!!

Decided I'm going to track my water to avoid water retention and becoming even more of a hermit! Might try a herbal tea too. I think peppermint or green tea is supposed to be good for flushing out water. Anyone know if this is true?

I got a takeaway today. Stopped when full. I'm not feeling too guilty because I'm only barely over my recommended daily calories - They can be burned off easily tomorrow!! Still drinking water like a mo'fo too!

Totally abandoned SW since friday but im still down 2.75lbs. Therapie have a new slimming pill out and discontinued capsiplex. SlimFit, its called and i've benefitted so far!! Only thing I'd reccomend about it is DON'T stop dieting!! I made that mistake (well i very much overate), and ended up vomiting like a pregnant woman!! Really not worth the sickness. Back on SW as of today and can't wait to see the results of it thursday!!
My blood sugars horribly low though and keep feeling sick. Really need to fix that!
