Hey everyone,
I'm just starting SW and finding my way around the whole thing, so if I've made any mistakes could someone please point them out for me? Thanks!!![]()
Also, is it absolutely essential to have the 3 meals a day (say if I have a busy day)?
Todays Food:
HExA: 375ml Skimmed Milk
HExB: Oats (28g if I'm not mistaken..)
B:
-HExB w/water
-Sweetener 1 tsp
-Half a grapefruit
L:
-Pastaria Pasta 'n' Sauce (2 Syns)
-Strawberries
T:
-Strawberries
-HExB
-Mr Kipling Lemon Slice (5.5 Syns)
S:
-Blackberries
7.5/15 Daily Syns (Aiming for 8.5 per day)
7.5/105 Weekly Syns (Saving 55 for weekend)
Best advice is not to forget your 1/3 plate of superfree food with each meal! keep on writing the diary & you can eat more, looking at your diary.......
If I do EE and have a huge breakfast - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sausages, beans, tomatoes etc then I wont have lunch - just some fruit - partly because I have no room lol! x
