This is hopefully going to help me keep on track! I've been on SW since Jan and have lost 21lb after putting 1lb on last week! So I'm trying new things to keep myself on track! Any suggestions welcome for new food ideas and ways I can speed up my weight loss! :)

Monday 11/04/2011
B - weetabix (heb) with milk (hea) and a chopped banana. 1 plum.
L - Quorn bolognaise with pasta. Fat free yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
D - Chicken stir fry. Mixed berries with light carte dor ice cream (3.5 syns)
S - Just Right cereal (5 syns)
Body Magic - 6.5 miles cycling

Tuesday 12/04/2011
B - Half a grapefruit and an apple
L - Potato Salad (syn free) with a yogurt and a banana.
D - SW chips, 2 Extra lean sausages (1 syn) and broccoli with cheese (hea) and some tomato sauce (2 syns)
S - 1 boiled egg and Just right cereal (heb)
Body Magic - 25mins Zumba for Wii

Wednesday 13/04/2011
B - Weetabix (heb) with milk (hea) and a chopped banana
L - Rice with turkey and peas. Fat free yogurt, strawberries and half a grapefruit.
D - Cottage pie (from Extra Easy Cookbook) with broccoli and green beans.
