My SW Diary :)

Dont think Ive lost any weight judging by my scales so a bit disappointed. We'll see tomoro tho when I get weighed. Todays rest day on personal trainer so going to just do a bit of yoga I think from the wii fit.

Breakfast - 3 Ryvita with 2 dairy light triangles, Apple
Snack - Banana
Lunch - SW Chilli and Salad
Snack - Crisps 6.5 syns
Dinner - SW Chips, Egg, Bacon and Beans

Still, congrats on that 1lb :) i know what you mean. I try not to have too many green days or EE days otherwise my weight loss isn't as much :( but i hope it works and you see great results next week xx
 
I think exercise is a tricky one when dieting. I would naturally assume it'll make the pounds drop off... but i think depending what exercise it can sometimes make it harder to lose BUT you will be toning so you're still improving your body and overall fitness. Try taking measurements too as that can boost you when you aren't losing much on the scales but are losing inches :) xx
