I did my DD yesturday and felt great. I kept thinking I changed over for a reason. It's just a week and I can re asses after. So decided to honor my decision and stick it out a full week. And get it into my head that there are other ways in order to do this healthily lol.
I literally had a bi-polar moment the rubbish food took over my emotions it was so depressing! Being on a vlcd for nearly 2 weeks really made a difference :s
I feel so much better today and Iv'e lost 2lbs already. But I want bigger losses so I plan on coming back to s&s sooon, Just want this damn uni work out of the way. Then s&s will be easier to handle as I wont have any stress
