My weeks diary

Hey ive just discovered the mini magnums from ww they look tiny though not sure if they are worth the pps. especially if i get carried away theres 8 in that box lol!:D.
 
Well today has been good lots of walking.
Breakfast-ww yoghurt-1, Banana, clementine.
Lunch-spud u like with cheese and beans-13
Dinner-ww bread, ww sausages, lf cheese slices, sauce, boiled egg, lots of salad.-11
mini lolly skinny cow-2
Dailies=27/29
Weeklies=49 left.
 
Well done. That's great going. If you take it week by week at least you may not overwhelm yourself...

well another day gone and hopefully another day closer to my target.
Thursday, 7th april
Breakfast=
ww yoghurt-1 and an apple and a clementine.
Lunch=1/2 Tin ww soup-1, ww petite pain-3 and a ww yoghurt-1
Dinner=
ww sausages and ww bread, lf cheese slices and sauces-10 and salad.
Snacks=WW biscuits-2, ww lolly-2, ww mousse-3 and a snack size kinder bar-3=
Total=
Dailies-29/29
Weeklies-4/49 used.
 
yay ive got into my white skinny jeans today and a nice yellow top both a size 12 the suns been shining and it feels like spring its great.

Breakfast=ww crackers-1, ww jam-1
Lunch=I was out looking at cars stopped of for a cola but nothing to eat as they were fully booked. So ive only had ww cheesy bites-2 and fruit.
Dinner= ww crustless quiche-7, sauce-1.
ww mini magnum-3, ww biscuits-2.

Yet again a snack filled day but as its all ww products i'm not overly fussed after this week im probably going back to slimming world as i was only doing ww for a week to support mum i have found it very beneficial and enjoyed it and i'l probably come back to ww when im at target but if i go over by a few lbs as it does help to curb the carb intake.
