Hey, I know how hard quitting is. I quit last year around June (same time as my second year uni exams and my driving test!). Have you tried electronic ciggies? I know some people hate them, but I found the habbit was more the issue than anything else. Doesn't taste the same, but it's the same action and you do exhale 'smoke'. I found them really useful, couldn't have quit without them (still use them sometimes now though - if I'm out with friends drinking ect who smoke because I know my will power is rubbish and I'll just end up starting again). Oh, and cherry flavour nicotine lozenges. They were great, and I found the ones with the lesser amount of nicotene were still really strong. (I liked them when getting off a bus, going in car ect. As that was when I'd light up). Good luck on quitting, you can do it! I went from smoking between 15/25 a day to nothing. You will notice it when you stop too, my friend couldn't figure out what had changed (about a month in) until I said so and then she was like, 'Yeah, I thought your skin looked much brighter and clearer'.

You know, with your exercise you can eat more than 1,200. I am for around 1,500.
