I just do t feel Ive eaten well enough nor had enough water.
Ive done a shop online and ordered salads, prawns, quiche, warburtons wraps, and I'm making fajitas, lasagne. I've planned this next week so should be better :)

Been so busy at work and not thought about drinking. I didn't feel well until yesterday either. Cut down on peppermint and green teas.

How about a yogurt with the fruit in the morning?
 
I would do normally but literally had to grab and run this week. I'll be having cereals in morning tomorrow as not working I'm off to Eden hall day spa ;)
 
I've had an amazing day at Eden Hall say spa, didn't eat too bad either but not sure on points??
