Hi all, im new to this so thought i would start a diary and a general blog so i can write down how im feeling and write my foods that ive eaten down. if anyone reads this and notices ive pointed something wrong or see's that i could be doing something different to help me then please say as i need all the help i can get. p.s i am on 29 pp a day.
Monday 14th may. Day 1
1 piece brown toast-3pp
1 spoon jam-1pp
1 quorn sausage-2pp
salad-0pp
1 tbsp raisins-2pp
sugar free angel delight-2pp
strawberries-0pp
1/2 pint semi skimmed milk-4pp
sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp-2pp
weight watchers ready meal-7pp
1/10 of a chocolate birthday cake-6pp (bad i no but other halfs bday lol)
So this is my first day. how do you think it looks. any advice would be brill. I also drank sugar free juice and water aswell. I will try and post every day so i have something to look back on and so i can get any help and advice and maybe help others with ideas
