3 Thorntons = 6 syns

A bit heavy on syns as forgot amounts during the day = 14 plus extras at harvester!!

Thanx girlies. I am expecting an STS as last week was a good loss- but I definitely have a NSV from Zumba as my sides are looking slim

I am pleased to report a 1lb loss!!! So chuffed as I have stayed on the wagon for 2 weeks!! And I had the munchies yesterday and didn't succumb (had 2 satsumas instead -lol)

4 slices of toast (2 HEB) , spread with 1 Tblsp I can't believe etc = 2.5 syns, topped with Spaghetti Hoops, and a HEA cheddar cheese!!!

1 pint aquash

4 Thorntons = 8 syns!!
