It is on the recipe threads. I omit the black pepper when I make it . It is delicious - I have even given it to some non dieters who love it too!!

Starting again today as I have had a terrible weigh in gaining 4lb

My New Years Resolution in Jan this year was to get back on track - which I did, then found this site and became well and truly motivated . Especially with others recipes to try.
Summer hols were my downfall. Since, I've been up and down - but mainly down .

I would really like to get back to where I was to start my next new years res.
Any kick up the backside will help me though!! I need an eye to be kept on me regularly lol

SS Milk from HEA
Tassimo coffee, splenda, SS Milk from HEA

Dinner
SW Chips (maple bacon flavour & salt flavour), 2 SW fried eggs, SW fried mushrooms & tomatoes, 2 Tesco Meat free burgers (3 Syns) topped with 42g HEA half fat cheddar. 1 Tblsp ketchup = 1 syn
Squash

Tassimo coffee, Splenda & SS Milk from HEA
Apple
Satsuma

Tea
Bachelors Pasta N' Sauce cheese, leek & ham = 1 syn plus remainder of SS milk from HEA

2 weight watcher yogurts

1 pint squash

Snack
3 Thorntons moments = 6 syns

HEA1= SS milk
HEA2=42g half fat cheddar
HEB1 & 2 = 56g shredded wheat super fruity

SYNS -
Burgers = 3
Sauce = 1
Pasta = 1
Chocs = 6

TOTAL = 11 syns

Ooof burgers , yum yum yum!!! I'm making some chicken kebabs this week so i'll let you know how they go. Hope today goes well for you Kwise! x
 
I'm keeping an eye on you! Good luck, I know it's tricky to stay motivated when it's so up and down-y but you know what you need to do and we're all behind you x

I cheat - lol - if it's a green day I use these ones , but if it's red I use Joes syn free ones- all rather tasty!!

I make pork (skewer) kebabs (mushrooms, red onion, diff peppers) and serve with rice - there's a lovely syn free BBQ sauce to baste them with

Tea at Harvester ( with my girl friends)
"Can I have a chicken kickin garlic & a spit roast piri piri & a full rack of ribs" - lol

I will have a salad - healthy bits only - and the low syn sauce . Then either Salmon or Sea Bass with jacket pot or rice and veg!!

I had Salmon, pilau rice & green beans & salad with 1.5 ladles of low fat dressing & Pepsi max - go me !!!!
