I am going to try and put my food on every day.

Monday December 4th

B. 3 eggs scrambled with cheese. I didn't weigh it just threw it in

D. 2 cooked chicken breasts cut up an put in gravy granules. Again did not measure.

White options. 2syns.

Frozen berries and Muller yogurt. Whole pack of berries
Milk from heb

I WILL MEASURE TOMORROW.

Tuesday 5th December


B. Coffee

L. Scan bran cake. 5 scan bran. Heb. 1 egg. Pot Muller light.
No sweetener today but missed it.

D. Spaghetti Bolognese. (Left from the other day). Tin toms, puree, onions.
Pasta with cheese. Will have to measure cheese then buy no more. Too tempting.

Cheese 1/2 Hea plus 8 syns

Options 2syns. ...... 10 in total

Several cups coffee from hea.

I keep meaning to buy parmesan that you have to grate yourself and see if lasts any better.

The cheese I bought was low fat grated. Ok in scrambled but not much good otherwise.
It doesn't melt like the other stuff.
I bought a 200g pkt x 2 as it was cheap to buy two. BIG mistake.

What I would do normally if desperate is go to deli in Tesco and they will normally cut a small piece of a chunk.
 
Flipping foods beginning with CH are the enemy to dieters unless you have iron willpower to have weeny amounts :( cheese, chocolate, chips, chorizo, chops unless u cut the fat off - best bit for me!

Might be best to go back to the deli at Tesco eh? ;) xx

Do you think it's the fat content that makes us go back for more? Oven chips just aren't the same as fried ones.Bit like foods made with sugar. Makes you want more even if you don't need it. :-/
 
My food We'd December 6th

Strange day today. Kept changing my mind
Lunch. 3 small chicken thighs. Runner beans. 230g boiled spud. Gravy 2.1/2 syns.

Dinnertime. 3 boiled eggs with baby plum tomatoes. Mullerlight.
 
Thurs 7th December

B. Tin beans 3 eggs

D. Two pork loin chops. Runner beans. 250g boiled spud. Gravy grans 2syns. Apple sauce 2 syns

Frozen berries canderel 2 syns and mullerlight

Hea milk.
 
Friday 8th December.


I maintained today so now to go carefully

B. Scan bran heb, egg, sweetener, mullerlight. Took to class so I could take my pills.

L. Magic couscous. Like magic porridge but not a heb.

D. Chips both potato and BNS (runner beans on the side dish for speed) 1/2 tin beans. 2eggs fried.

Been a bit busy for a while. Back now.

Had a bad weekend with food so starting again from today

B scan bran cake.
L 2 small pork chops and runner beans
D chicken runner beans and 200g boiled spud

Anyway good for Thurs 28/12

B. 2 eggs 2 bacon and half a dozen mushrooms. Coffee

L. Coffee and two apples.

D. Sliced ham, spuds mashed with milk and runner beans

Mullerlight.

1/2 bottle pear cider

I am back on it now with an allowance for some cider

B. Mushroom omelette, coffee
L. 2 apples , coffee
D. Chicken thigh, runners. SW chips. Sweet potato chips
Muller yogurt.

Later. 1/2 bottle cider from yesterday. 6 syns
Maybe 1/2 can apple cider. 4 syns.
If I have the whole can it would be 8 syns

Total either .. well let's say 14 syns just in case

D. 4 sausages. 4syns

Mashed spuds (with milk)
Fried onions , runner beans

To keep away from food I went to the library for a couple of hours doing a puzzle

Total 8.1/2 syns.

If I have half can of later it will be 12.1/2 syns.

I did and an options. 14.1/2 syns
