Yesterday in itself was pretty good. Felt rough in the evening with earache and sore throat ... both of which have gone.

The food was NOT good.

3am B. 3 eggs 2 tins beans.

L. Late. 2 bread rolls and 3 boiled eggs and tomatoes.

D? Lots mashed spuds and 1/2 tin peas. Did I have a can cider, cannot remember, will check the recycling.

D. Something with mince.

Few tinned spuds.
 
I love eggs. Lots vitamin D in the yolks

Food Monday

B. Banana and coffee

L. Ditto

D. 2 pork loin chops.
250g boiled spud
Runner beans
50g tinned apple 1/2 syn

Pudding
WW low fat wrap HEB. 100g tinned apple 1syn. Put in oven then
Vanilla mullerlight. Over it.

Milk Hea

In the end I ate all the wraps with ham in them. Don't know why I didn't even like them.

The total since we're 36.1/2. Syns for the 4 days were 85.1/2.. yes 85.1/2

Tuesday 9th January.

B. Coffee.
L. Scan bran cake Heb. 1 egg. Mullerlight.
D. Tesco Healthy Eating sauce 7 syns. With boiled rice.

Coffee and a Mullerlight later.

Went to the library doing puzzle. Then went to the cafe for a nice chat.

Had to buy a new lamp to do my sewing as my old one packed up teatime. No waiting until tomorrow.
 
Plan for Wednesday 10th


B. 2 eggs and spaghetti.
L. Couple slices of ham, 2 baby toms, mullerlight
D. 2 chicken thighs, runner beans, boiled spud, processed peas

I may make a scan bran cake later

No going out today. Housework to do in between watching TV and sewing

B. Tin spaghetti and two eggs
L. Little ham and plum toms. Mullerlight.
D. 2 chicken thighs, runner beans, boiled spuds and a few processed peas.

May make a scan bran cake for later.

Food for today Saturday 13th Jan

B. 3 egg omelette with a little sliced spud and baby tomatoes

L. Scan bran heb. Yogurt 1 egg + had a banana

D. 5% mince, carrots, onion, Tom puree, Oxo, Worcester sauce, + a few baked beans and processed peas.
With potatoes

Hea milk for coffee

Tonight. One can apple cider 8 syns
 
Morning. Sunday 14/1

B. Scan bran cake, 1 egg, mullerlight

L. 2 boiled eggs and baby toms.

D. 2 chicken thighs. Runner beans, processed peas, spuds boiled.
Mullerlight.

Only drank 1/2 the can of cider yesterday. Too cold outside.
I will have it today for 4.1/2 syns
 
You are so organised with your food.

I shall have to be more organised. I am a terrible grazer

I am more organised at the moment.
My fridge and freezer are nearly empty. I don't buy cheese, bread, wraps or anything that I may eat all day.
I try to turn my back on rolls near the till.

Funny , if I want one, I buy 2. 3? I only have to feed me so it makes it a little easier I think x
 
Sadly I don't have that option. My downfall is things like crisps (can eat packets and packets), so I thought best to stay away from them for a while. However I now have a heightened awareness of the Millions of packets f crisps that my family demolish daily.
