Got weight today and considering the Bar mistake i made i'm very happy with today's results

And now that my record book is properly filled in i can put down how i've done so far lol.

Week 1~ Lost 8 lbs (4.0 kl)
Week 2~ Lost 4 lbs (1.8 kl)

And Today

Week 3~ Lost 6 lbs (3.0kl)

Alltogether i've lost 1 stone and 4lbs! >v<

Hopefully i can get down to 16 stone. I just can't wait to be out of the 17-19 area.

I've had days when I had an extra pack because I was simply starving and like my LLC said, it's better to do that than to lapse with conventional food :)
Having said that I usually had just 3 packs the day after because I was feeling guilty :(
