Here goes my first diary entry... Been on lipo trim for 7 weeks now and I'm due to refeed Tuesday after loosing 2 stone 3lb am hoping for a 4 lb loss in my final weigh in next tues to make my loss 2.5 stone...then it's on the path to maintaining!!
Looking forward to Healthy eating and exercise
Anybody else out there have any tips on maintains after a total food replacement?
