mum lost 8lbs her first week and was over the moon. I lost 3 3/4 lbs last weigh in and thats 13 3/4lbs in 18 days....so happy. Though I have had a bad weekend :-(

thats great Faith , and bet mum is loving it too , as for me i'll be trying a higher plan , and seeing a new cdc soon .
