I've got a Chinese meal out on Friday and then I've got a night out on Saturday...saving 4pts a day won't be enough to cover 2. Any suggestions???? Save more just for this week? Worried I might not lose again tho'!!
If its Chinese youre going for, just choose carefully and you can absolutely incorporate it into your points. Might not be the most exciting meal but Chicken Fried Rice is only 9.5 points
