Monday- Red

Breakfast- banana

Snack- alpen light bar

Lunch- 2 fruit crunch ryvita (heb), 2 laughing cow light triangles (1/2 hea), apple, fresh pineapple fingers, sugar free squash

Snack- alpen light bar, cup of tea (milk from 1/2 hea)

Supper- roast chicken breast, loads of mixed veg, mint sauce (free)

Snack- 3 mini meringue nests (3 syns), muller light cherry, blueberries all mixed together, cup of tea (rest of hea)
 
Tuesday- Red

Breakfast- banana

Lunch- 2 ryvita fruit crunch (heb), 2 laughing cow light triangles (hea), apple, blueberries, sugar free squash

Snack- cup of tea (milk from rest of hea)

Supper- diet coke chicken with slimming world chips (heb), glass of diet coke

Snack- cup of tea. Haven't had any syns so maybe a mini malteaser bunny for later!
