Total Solution NatsNotFat is losing it!

    Hello everyone. Nat here. I'm not new to vlcd bit I'm back again. 3 years ago I lost 6 stone going from 16'8 to 10'5.im 26 and 5ft7. I was a size 10/12. I maintained at 11st for a couple of years after healthy eating and exercising. I then started getting thunderclap headaches and was unable to exercise like I was used to. A few lbs creeped back on. I then met my other half who eats like a horse and slowly but surely that comfortable falling in love stage happened and my weight crept back up to 13'8. Not where I want to be. So right now I am on exante ts. Day 11. 14lbs down and another 24 to go. Feeling motivated to get my body back and feel great again. At least I have a wardrobe full of lovely clothes to keep me on track! I'll be keeping this diary full of the highs and lows of my hopefully final weightloss journey!

    Wow! Your initial weight loss was fantastic! Like you, I did a VLCD previously and lost a lot of weight but unlike you, I didn't manage to correct myself before putting most of it back on so the fact that you managed to curtail it speaks huge amounts.

    Well done on the Exante loss - I'm sure the other 24 will drop off in no time. Have you a goal in mind, time wise? :)

    Week 2 weigh in just happened. I lost a measly 1lb despite a good active week. I expected this as it's common and my last attempt only saw a 2lb week 2 loss. I'm not going to get disheartened but just carry on and stick to the plan. I'm hoping to reach my ultimate goal weight by the 1st if may. This gives me time for a couple of planned weekends off plan and to work my way up the stages!

    Thanks for all the responses ladies. I'm a forum lurker. I read a lot but as I'm on my phone due to rubbish laptop it's hard to always give the replies I'd like to. But keep up the good work.

    I only lost 1lb on my 2nd weigh in all though my first weigh in was 7lbs, keep going and well done :)

    Yeah I lost 14lbs last week so it's still 15lbs in 14 days so huge loss :) I'm hoping for a few more next week though!! C

    Lol that's what I do too, sit and make wardrobe plans on the Next website, helps keep me sane :D I've bought a gorgeous black dress for work and a pair of jeans both in size 18 and every day I'm getting closer to wearing them!

    Well I'm still going strong. Sat by without even a flicker of longing as the OH ate a whole large pizza last night. I'm resisting a cheeky mid week weigh in as I hope to see a larger loss on Monday.
    Only problem I'm having is with BM's. I know I'm only consuming liquids so not much to pass but even with daily aloe colon cleanse abd laxatives it's so solid and compacted I can't seem to pass much. Starting to hurt now but it's not going to stop me!!!

    Week 3 weigh in today. I lost 5lbs. Making it 20lbs in total and down to 12'2lbs. Really chuffed. Just off out for a walk now as the OH sleeps. Feeling positive and motivated to keep on track till Thursday. Then my 4 days off before getting back to it on Tuesday 18th.

    So yesterday I started my weekend of plan. Got myself out of ketosis. Had a beautiful valentines meal and a bottle of wine. Tonight is my birthday party and I'm going to enjoy it!! Starting back on TS on Tuesday when I go back to work. I've always been pretty good about getting stuck in again so won't worry about any gains cos they will soon come off again.

    I booked a holiday to Malta yesterday. Going on June the 16th so as long as I've lost another 2 stone by then my mission will be complete!! :)
