Wow Nat! I just read through your thread and you are doing amazingly well and you should be so proud. I find it very inspiring reading other peoples stories and I'm glad I came across yours!
Thanks Sheridan. It's great I can give a little inspiration. I'm needing some myself right now. I'm just a bit stuck. Naughty Nat has been daily weighing and the scales aren't moving. Still sticking with it though. Untill next Friday weekend. Me and the boy ate going to London. We have 2 parties ( just accidentally wrote pastries there) to go to and I will be coming out of ketosis to have a few drinks, breaking 60 days alcohol free. He's finding it difficult too as I'm really anti social on a vlcd. Gonna have a fun weekend together and show him a good time. Hopefully a couple more lbs off by then though.
