Natural Yogurt

My weight hasn't really been budging so I've carefully looked at everything I've been eating and there is one thing I'm unsure of, the yogurt I've been using. I live in the middle east and this is the bestbone I've found, can anyone advise if it's ok or really bad.

Flavour - Plain
170g
144 cals
2.16g fat
8.65g protein
14g carbs = eeeeeeek!

I hadn't properly looked at the carbs and I'm now sure they are far too high, I've been having 2 a day.

Any help would be great :)

its only 8.3% carbs by weight, which is fine, as that as lactose, which is one of the better sugars...

Just make sure you don't go over the limit of 1lt dairy a day.
 
Thanks, that puts my mind at rest :)

I never have more than 500g of dairy in a day as I don't use milk at all :)

Hopefully things will start moving soon!
