Just to say the ben and jerrys frozen yogurt is just as nice as the icecream and lower in syns . Eg 100gs for phish foos icecream is 13.5 syns 100 of the yogurt is 11 . Small saving but one non the less

Also the choccy fudge.... 12.5 for the icecream 9 for the yogurt per 100g . Serious you cannot tell the difference

Also i love morning cofffe biccys. I have three day with my coffee in the afternoon and its really nice. Also i use the rest of my HEXA of milk to make up a highlights very nice

I recently discovered Mikado's ... extremely thin long biscuits with half a chocolate coating ... bit like a matchstick but biscuit. Very nice and only 1/2 a syn each!

The morning coffee are a syn each and not overly sweet so doesnt get you wanting more.

A 2-finger kitkat. 5.5 syns and takes about half an hour to eat if you slowly nibble off the chocolate from around the biscuit centre and allow it to melt in your mouth before taking another nibble, when the chocolate has been stripped off then scoff the biscuit down. By making the experience last so long I really feel like I've indulged.

They are my latest thing!! Having 9 tonight and they last a while if you don't gobble them down. Will be having them with a cuppa & some grapes.

Also I am loving malteser bunnies, Sula sugar free sweets, cadbury's freddos, skinny cow ice cream lollies, soleros, fibre plus bars, sw chips, omnomnomnom!

I find treats like these help me ignore unplanned treats and keep to plan.

I felt a bit guilty earlier i had a pkt of wheat crunchies and a chocolate crispie
I really wanted to keep going but i stopped and i did have 30 sins left
So im hoping that wasnt all of them lol

Or Meringue nest (3.5) crushed over chopped strawberries and vanilla F.F activia. delish!
