I'm on sole source but the odd day I have a skinny capuccino and have had a small peice of chicken here and there when felt I needed it (I bike about 45 mins/day and run some days also).

Sorry Pinkdress, we've already got six members To be honest, I don't know the full story, but a member called Blue_grapefruit,,suggested a weightloss challenge, and everybody started grouping off into teams of six. I've still to find out when the challenge starts and finishes, but seen as all of us are on diets we can continue to lose whilst we get the finer details.
