    Hi...iam starting......AGAIN on Tuesday :)

    iam so excited this time and very ready, I just jumped on my own scales and it's not pretty at all.......17stone 8. Yuk!!!!!

    anyone else want to join me? Maybe help each other along and support each other.

    Heeeeey!!! JUST joined, so I need a buddy too!! Not sure what my exact weight is as I started the classes and after two weeks I broke my ankle so can't really go up the stairs to the meeting, argh. Anyway, around 13st 9lbs last time, probably more after x-mas and having been unable to exercise. It will take me so time to understand the forum, I'm a new user, boo!
    I am excited about starting but I know I will need lots of structure, planning and support!

    Hey I am starting cd on Fri. I am a mix of excited and nervous. I think I am around 17st so will have 6-7 st to lose which just seems like such a mountain to climb but I have faith in myself. I CAN do this!!!

    Hey,

    At my heaviest I had 6 stone to loose now I need to loose about 4.5 which is still a lot, I've been at this since 2011 now as was diagnosed with under active thyroid, and you know what I tell myself each day, no matter how long it take, how many weeks months years as long as I never stop trying no one can say I ever quit!

    Every day you do your best is a day closer to your goal, set yourself mini goals, I usually go for a half stone loss or get into the next weight category 16's 15's etc... Little by little

    Ill be your weight loss buddy, I'm following weight watchers for food and have a personal training plan for exercise :)

    My own blog is called 2014 fitting in or something like that can't remember haha

    Anyway here's to great losses!

    Hi everyone :)

    my my cambridge consultant is due in 10 mins and I plan to start tomorrow, I work in a restaurant so I need to have tons on will power to get me through this....iam planning on following SS and then adding in 3 meals a week. If I know I can have 3 meals then iam sure it will be easier than the thought of having nothing to chew :)

    Hey just seen my consultant today and start tomorrow I have all my shakes and weigh 14 stone exactly boooo last time got down to 11 something just hope to have the will power to carry on with it to the end :)

    Yeah I am I have made a start on my water added some hot in it cos it's cold out ha ha ! Yeah sure that would be lovely , I'm not too great on here either lol umm ill see if I can work it out if not I'll put my email on here ! Exciting !! :)
