Judi is right - as ever! At least you know you are doing it. Syn what you have eaten and if it's made you go over that doesn't matter. Make something yummy and filling that is on plan :)

i was hiddeously bad yesterday too, am now off to the shops to buy delicious foods to make a fabulous broccoli and chicken salad for my dinner
