need advise

just new to SW am i eating to much?
breakfast, 2 slices of brown bread from small loaf with thin gammon slices, diced red onion and low fat cheddar grilled

lunch, mug shot (sweet n sour flavour) apple, banana and muller yoghart (cherry flavour)

dinner, roast chicken and batchelors rice (curry flavour)

please advise as i don't want to start off wrong.

Which plan are you doing? I don't think you are eating too much, in fact I don't think you are eating enough.

Breakfast - your HEB needs to be wholemeal bread rather than brown as they are not the same thing. Your onion probably wasn't enough to count as one third superfree. Did you weigh your cheese for your HEA?

Dinner - assuming you are doing EE you have had no superfree foods.

I would also try not to rely on packeted foods- far better (and tastier) to make your own.

And what about your syns? Aim for around 10.
