I'm not completing my food diary for a few days. I'm trying to keep going for as long as I can. Some SW meals .... one chocolate evening and one home made muffin evening so far
 
I will ... I will get back to plan. So far starting with my scrambled egg breakfast ... and today got round to my sandwich lunch with salad ... then biscuits .... carrot soup for dinner ... then chocolates!
