Need help for eating out

One last chance
Today is Eid so Eid Mubarak to all you muslims out there. My mum wants to take me and my sisters out to dinner, and it's most likely going to be Indian. I am worried because of the amount of oil they use in their food may sabotage my weightloss, what should I do or rather, what are the best choices to make?

I have 11.5 pounts left to eat today.
 
Stick to the non sauce dishes. Chicken Tikka or Tandoori Chicken with boiled rice and an onion salad. Just steal a tablespoon of sauce from your Mum or Sister if it's too dry. Do not have naan bread, it's so fattening!
