I've had my fair share of doing that for the past 3 years, two weeks ago my whole perspective changed and I wanted to do something about my weight, it's the first time I can remember actually wanting to do it! So I thought I better start whilst I still had that frame of mind xx
As long as you stay in that frame of mind, you should be fine. Are you on any diet plan, or just eating properly and exercising regularly Sorry for the delayed reply, my computer went funny.
I did try just eating less at first but when I've got the option of food I eat it and lots of it, so the shakes are my way of limiting the choice I get xx
Hey, the shakes are actually quite filling and then i have a meal in the evening. I didn't manage it today, I've only just got in. I will be starting tomorrow though xx

That sounds like ice cream kinda ish. Haha. I'm going to start playing on the Wii today, I haven't these past few days, I just walked to work instead of getting a lift, which was my half hour of exercise. AND I LOST 5 POUNDS! YAYYYY. IN 4 DAYS! But, I've got a feeling the machine's been telling lies. I hope I have though. Oh yeah! Before I forget, my laptops broken, so I might take time responding.
It's really nice. I've done an hour of walking this morning and then walked around shopping for 4 hours. That's my exercise haha! Yay! Well done you! I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm having a bad day today...Hopefully it doesn't affect my weigh in monday too much x
WOW! That's a lot of exercise. Awww I'm sure you'll be fine. If it makes you feel better, I had a massive slice of pizza today. I keep telling myself it's okay because the pizza was homemade. What did you have to make you go slightly off track? x
I had a really bad weekend. I ate chips and lots of them but I managed to lose 2lb this week. Was hoping for more but then I turned to comfort food. Today is a new day though and I'm being strict this week! How was your weekend?xx
You got the best of both worlds there. Being able to eat chips and lose weight. I guess it's 2 poounds in the right direction though isn't it. My weekend wasn't too bad, I just ended up going to Subway for a sandwich and then McDonalds for a milkshake, large one obviously. But, when I counted the calories it was just over 1000 which wasn't too bad because I still managed to eat before 6 and get some exercise in by walking home. Well, i tell myself it's not too bad, haha. Hope all is well! xx
If only you'd posted that 4 days ago. I've been eating junk for the past 4 days. Story of my life. I've told myself I'm going to start again as of now, but, we all know when you have maryland cookies next to you, talking to you... NOMNOMNOM.
I've not been doing too well....no excercise at all, eating stuff I probably shouldn't, but I'm changing the diet plan now, doing more of a low cal/healthy eating plan instead xxx
I completely fell off track and put all the weight back on and went to 14st 10... I'm now down to 14st 8 after a week of healthy eating and have started exercising this week, how about you?xx
