Need some advice on a diet plan...

    Ok. So I used to weigh 211 pounds 2 years ago, and after many starts and stops and various different diets, I have managed to get down to 149 pounds which I have stayed at for the last 6 months. My major problem is that I yo yo diet loads between 147-157 pounds. And this will happen almost weekly. Every 2 weeks or so I will be at either end of those figures, hen 2 weeks later I will be down the other end again. This keeps happening and is depressing me :(

    My goal is 147, but I seem to have lost all motiviation like I used to have, and I always seem to feel hungry these days, which I never used to suffer from. After a week or so of being good, I will try and give myself a little "treat" myself, which always turns into about a 6000 calorie treat for a good amount of days in a row lol. :(Then i freak out, cut back loads and work out like crazy. But then once i get to 147 pounds again I just give up on exercise and end up binging again.

    I can't get out of this habit :( I need help, I have been doing this the last 6 months and it's really starting to get to me :(

    Cambridge Diet
    YOU CAN DO THIS!! I started the Cambridge Diet and am loving it because it allows me to stop fixating on food, and it gives you the mental boost of a few weeks of quick weight loss - which again for me helps psychologically.... Keep watching the inspiration slideshow, and you'll get those last pounds off and keep them off for good!
