need some help with lunches!

hi all :] so i'm really struggling with what to have for lunch everyday? monday to friday i'm at college but can nip home at lunch to do something hot if i like.. normally have a filling breakfast like a bagel or cereal and yoghurt, use about 6 points there, and for dinner i like to use quite a few points so between 10-15. obviously not leaving me with a great deal of points so any ideas? something nice, filling preferably hot, that doesn't require too much cooking :] but all suggestions welcome! thanks in advance

Warm wholemeal pitta breads 4pp with lotsa salad and some sandwich meat :)

Have you tried the Butternut Squash & Red Pepper soup. I love it, I make a few days together and best of all it has no points.

A ham sandwich with lots of salad using 2 slices of bread is 5 points I think. So you have soup and sandwich for 5 points.

1 slice of toast, 50g WW Beans & Poached Egg which I think is 6 points.

Made the soup today

1.2 Lt of chicken stock, I made using 1 stock cube.
1 red pepper, diced & deseeded.
1 BNS, again diced and deseeded. Be warned they can be hard to peel.
1 onion, chopped

Bung everything in a pot and bring to boil, simmer for 30 minutes and then liquidise. I will get 3 days from this batch of soup.
